Unveiling of a new memorial plaque to János Arany in the heart of Karlovy Vary

The new plaque was unveiled on Sunday 10 March 2024.

The event took place in Karlovy Vary, Zámecký vrch 4.

The event was attended by Dr. Katalin Szili, Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister on behalf of the Hungarian Government, Dr. András Baranyi, Ambassador of Hungary to Prague, Anna Rákóczi, National President of the Association of Hungarians in the Czech and Moravian Region, Andrea Pfeffer Ferklová, Mayor of Karlovy Vary and Róbert Dobos, President of the Local Association of the Association of Hungarians in the Czech and Moravian Region in Karlovy Vary.
